The ZR dual-vessel floating bed control valve integrates externally mounted inlet and discharge flow meters, enabling flow-based parameter configuration for all operational stages. During regeneration or cleaning cycles, the system closes the water output. Continues regeneration/cleaning until the control valve resets to the "Softening" position. Alternating regeneration between dual floating beds ensures uninterrupted water production. Stable water quality with constant pressure output, optimized for high-hardness water softening, like steam boiler systems, heating supply system and industrial process system.
